 2.4620 生产工艺：冶炼方面：为了获得更纯净化的钢水，减低气体含量与有害元素含量；同时由于部分合金中有易yang化元素如al，ti等存在，非真空方式冶炼难以控制；更是为了获得---的热塑性，镍基耐热合金，通常采用真空感应炉熔炼，甚至用真空感应冶炼加真空自耗炉或电渣炉重熔方式进行生产。变形方面：采用锻造、轧制工艺，对于热塑性差的合金甚至采用挤压开坯后轧制或用软钢(或不锈钢)包套直接挤压工艺。变形的目的是为了破碎铸造组织，优化微观组织结构。铸造方面：通常用真空感应炉熔炼母合金---成分与控制气体与杂质含量，并用真空重熔-精密铸造法制成零件。热处理方面：变形合金和部分铸造合金需进行热处理，包括固溶处理、中间处理和时效处理，以udmet500合金为例，它的热处理制度分为四段：固溶处理，1175℃，2小时，空冷；中间处理，1080℃，4小时，空冷；一次时效处理，843℃，24小时，空冷；二次时效处理，760℃，16小时，空冷。以获得所要求的组织状态和---的综合性能。

 2.4620 ns3102|inconel600合金具有以下特性:1.具有---的耐还原，yang化，dan化介质腐蚀的性能2.在室温及高温时都具有---的耐应力腐蚀开裂性能3.具有---的耐干燥和气体腐蚀的性能4.在零下，室温及高温时都具有---的机械性能5.具有---的抗蠕变断裂强度。用在700℃以上的工作环境，inconel600的金相结构:600为面心立方晶格结构，耐蚀合金中通用的是c类合金，hastelloyc合金系列合金是镍-铬-钼固溶体合金，具有强度高，延展性能好，硬度高和易发生加工硬化及中温敏化的特性，其是在hastelloyb合金的基础上添加cr，w元素形成的。
